We thoroughly review your policies. These include strategic plans, HR policies, DEI policies, recruitment strategies and others. With an equity lens, we uncover gaps you have to achieving your organizational objectives.

These could include research reports, podcasts, books, training resources, lectures, TED talks, etc. These resource will help you to take your next steps on your equitable workforce journey.

In addition to these steps, we will help you to prepare a culturally welcoming environment for your new employees. This includes researching and developing relationships with community-based organizations that represent the cultural background of your prospective or recently hired employee. These connections will help your new employee and their family to settle into their new community.
